We had a productive and insightful few days at Bio€quity Europe 2026 in Prague.
A great time for Karolina Jarosinska and Monika Kozdron-Sikorska from our team to reconnect with leaders across the biotech, pharma, medtech, and investment communities and to discuss firsthand how the market continues to evolve.
Conversations reflected a sector that remains selective, especially for companies still pre-POC. Truly differentiated science and strong leadership teams continue to attract significant investor attention - na change in that area.
Alongside financing discussions, leadership topics were front and centre:
• building C-suite structures fit for the next phase of growth - focusing on in-demand skills
• critical executive hires - strategy, planning and timing of hiring
• succession planning
• evolving Board composition to match today’s market realities (support clinical trials decisions and commercial message to the investors/partners)
• increasing demand for leaders able to combine scientific credibility with commercial and operational execution.
Our conversations with investors at BioEquity reinforced that leadership decisions shape long-term company value.
