Yet despite its strategic importance for healthcare, research and economic development, reliable market data on salaries, working conditions and workforce dynamics has remained limited.
This lack of transparency creates challenges for leaders responsible for building scientific teams, attracting talent and planning organisational growth. Decisions related to recruitment, compensation and talent strategy are often made without clear benchmarks or comparable market insights.
To help address this gap, we prepared Inside Life Science Minds 2026 – the first comprehensive report analysing compensation, working conditions and workforce trends across R&D, operational and commercial roles in the Polish Life Sciences sector.
The report is based on a nationwide survey designed to capture both quantitative and qualitative insights from professionals working across the ecosystem. The questionnaire combined open-ended questions with single- and multiple-choice formats, enabling us to build a multidimensional view of the current talent landscape.
