Over 100 participants joined us at the event
March 19th we officially launched our Report Inside Life Science Minds Poland 2026, and we are proud to share that the event brought together over 100 participants in a hybrid format, both in-person and online.
What stood out most was the energy and focus in the room. The data about trends on the market, perception of career perspectives, sentiment and compensation, sparked genuine interest, thoughtful questions, and a lively discussion that continued well beyond the presentation itself. It confirmed for us how important it is to create space for open conversations about the realities of the life sciences talent market.
Karolina Jarosinska and Monika Kozdron-Sikorska presented key insights from the report and led a discussion that clearly resonated with the audience. They explored not only the perspective of employees, but also placed strong emphasis on the viewpoint of boards and investors, highlighting the importance of reliable market insights in making informed business decisions and shaping long-term strategy.
