On July 1st, 2025, we had the pleasure of contributing to the BioForum Accelerator Bootcamp, a high-impact session designed to support early-stage biotech founders as they build, structure and scale their companies.
As part of the program, Karolina Jarosinska, Managing Director at ExecMind, led a workshop focused on structuring and developing multidisciplinary teams, both at early stages of growth and during organisational scaling.
