Business Development Manager / Molecular Biologist / Genetic Diagnostic
Location: Warsaw / central Poland
Our Client, has decided to create a new position of Business Development Manager who will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to the hospital channel on a national scale.
The goal of this position is to develop sales of all tests and genetic services from the Company's portfolio.
The perfect candidate for the job is a person with a molecular biology degree, deep knowledge of genetic diagnostics and broad experience in sales and marketing.
You will be responsible for:
• Development of the Company by increasing number of customers and income.
• Prepare cooperation models for hospital facilities.
• Meeting with clients, making presentations of services and transfer of knowledge about genetic testing.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers (hospitals, clinics).
We expect from you:
• University degree (MSc or Phd) in molecular biology.
• Good knowledge of genetics, genetic testing and NGS services (including knowledge of the latest scientific publications).
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel to meet with Clients.
• Capability to prioritize goals and pursuit of these goals.
• Fluent English.
